Globalization and Two-Government Protection

Only the worldwide establishment of nation-states made globalization possible. After the Second World War, the European colonial territories around the globe were turned into new national states. Globalization includes all the political and economic actions that take place worldwide within states organized from outside. The logic behind decolonization was that  new states with local governments, laws and currencies  could be penetrated by international investors safely and cheaply with the help of complicit local politicians backed up by the military and diplomatic forces of strong states. All the European colonial nations understood that the natural and human resources of their former colonies could be exploited with less expense if they became nation-states. For years the new states suffered from the illusion that their condition as independent sovereign states somehow was their only  defense possible against the evils of globalization. But now globalization works so universally and so voraciously spreading both its goods and evils everywhere that states worldwide must inevitably conclude that their only real defense is to empower themselves as decision-makers influencing  globalization rather than remaining its passive victims.
Globalization is so complex and so profitable that it  has produced  powerful wheeler-dealers  working behind the scenes. Anyone positioned to direct worldwide economic forces at work beyond the power of any mere state will inevitably be sucked into a kind of political black hole where opportunities for power and riches swirl about lawlessly and statelessly. Politicians and international banks who profit by aiding the unregulated development with state legislations and regular banking practices cover up their actions as discretely as possible. But globalization can not be kept secret because its universal effects are visible even though some of its operators are invisible.  It is even fashionable for populist thinkers to speculate about  some actually existing secret world government at work. They can give no reasonable details about it or locate it exactly with the names of its directors. They say It is a fascist superstate out to turn 99% of the humans in the world into dumbed down robots enslaved by advanced technology. There are smatterings of truth in their logic because the globalization going on before our eyes is clear evidence that making the whole world a playground for greedy international investors is  too risky not to have at least some central direction behind the scenes.
What is certainly true is that Independent states are each ripe to be penetrated and diminished by a trojan horse. Once the fake horse is inside behind a state’s walls, some foreign enemy slips out and opens the gates to more foreign enemies whose only law is that the world and the wealth of its states are booty for the bold. The usual walls around states are not enough. A state needs two governments to be safe and in control, one within its borders and one outside its borders located in some territory that is not a state but the headquarters of a world government with enough sovereign power to act for the good of all humanity. The new law of the world is that states will either unify themselves with a real out-in-the-open world government that will help protect them from worldwide political and economic enemies or else they will be subject to some kind of fascist rule by the secretive world government that populist thinkers warn us about.
