18 Things Americans Can't Have

We can’t have a national government with full sovereignty.
We can’t have a national police force.
We can’t have a national education system.
We can’t have a national bank.
We can’t have a national language.
We can’t have a military set up to defend only us.
We can’t have one court system.
We can’t have only laws that are national.
We can’t have any law that a  judge can’t overturn on appeal.
We can’t have one citizenship.
We can’t have just 4 borders.
We can’t have  marriages performed by our central government.
We can’t have births in the United States.
We can’t have deaths in the United States.
We can’t have voting rights in 49 states.
We can’t have only taxes paid to one state.
We can’t have a central government that is a state.
We can’t have a State Department located in a state.

All Americans Are Like Trump

As bad as Trump is, he is us. 39% of us like him as he is and 61% either put up with him in anger or laugh at him. Those who laugh are the worst because their laughter means they care nothing about America. But do any of us care about America? We do, but we come first and America last. That’s the rule. That’s how it is. So we are all like Trump because he like us puts himself first and America last. Alone, cut off from any meaningful relationship with America, we are worthless. We want what we want not what America needs. We, us,Trump, we’re all the same, we’re all of us nowhere, hanging like clothes on a clothesline in the wind, men and women without a country, relying only on ourselves. We deserve what we get. Nothing and no one anywhere is like ourselves but we are so worthless being what we are cut off from America that our worthlessness makes us all equal. President Trump presents himself publicly as a worthwhile ego. We understand instinctively that his I is an empty I because all our Is are just as empty. He speaks like all of us speak. We speak and say nothing worthwhile because just like him we are all alone and all worthless.
We can never be of any value living alone cut off from the world. If you cut yourself off from America you cut yourself off from the world. We must try as best we can to make the whole world with all its history a living part of each of us if we are ever to be true to ourselves. America for Americans is the world. We should put it first because that is the only way to make ourselves worthwhile in our own eyes. Meanwhile we are all like Trump. We do nothing to relate truly to America or to the world outside of America. We have no idea what America truly is because we remain blind to its true history and we all believe that only our own individual history is worthwhile. We make each of us our own history for ourselves, a history cut off from America and the world.
